Camp Oven Cook Out

Everyone is welcome to join us for these fun, relaxing weekend get aways! "What is a Camp Oven Cook Out?" I hear you say.  It is real simple.  All we do is pick a night and everyone cooks their favourite camp meal (however you like - doesn't have to be a camp oven). You only cook for the size of your family and bring it to the main table at the designated time and we all share in everyone's cooking.  It is the perfect opportunity to get inspiration and new ideas for your camping menus.  Not only that it is really just a great excuse to get away, meet people, have the kids make new friends and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Where: Camp Cobark - 30kms out of Gloucester, on the Scone Road that runs from Gloucester to Scone through Barrington Tops National Park. Camp Cobark is a 3000 acre cattle property with much history.  Camping is next to the Cobark River on a large, open grassed paddock.  There are basic flush toilets and hot showers available. Camp Cobark also offers Horse Trail rides.

Cost $20 per family per night Camp Oven Cook Out is a BYO everything weekend.  There is no set itinerary planned. You don't have any camp gear? You can hire a camper trailer from Hit the Track.  All Camp Oven Cook Out families can have the "Complete Kitchen" for no extra cost.
